Attached is a three year compilation (1995-1997) of all the water quality data gathered on the lower Chain of Lakes by Red Mule, Tip of the Mitt or the secchi disk volunteers. The data has been placed on the Grand Traverse Bay Watershed Initiative recording forms in hopes that in future years they will use them to keypunch the data into a watershed wide database. Temperature and dissolved oxygen profiles have been plotted. Chlorophyll data has been recorded on copies of the volunteer sheets to show sampling conditions. Special conditions of any kind are noted on the sheets. Data for 1998 should be available in about two months. Volunteer chlorophyll samples have been collected and turned in. Those results are usually available in spring of the following year.en_US
